Baccarat Chemin de Fer Regulations

Baccarat chemin de fer is enjoyed with eight decks in a shoe. Cards under 10 are valued at their printed value while 10, J, Q, K are zero, and A is one. Wagers are made on the 'bank', the 'player', or for a tie (these are not actual people; they simply represent the two hands to be dealt).

Two cards are dealt to both the 'banker' and 'gambler'. The total for every hand is the sum total of the two cards, but the 1st digit is discarded. e.g., a hand of 5 and 6 has a value of one (five plus 6 equals eleven; ignore the first '1').

A 3rd card could be dealt using the following rules:

- If the player or house gets a score of eight or nine, both players stay.

- If the player has less than 5, he hits. Players stays otherwise.

- If the player stands, the bank hits on 5 or less. If the gambler takes a card, a guide is used to determine if the banker stands or takes a card.

Punto Banco Odds

The larger of the 2 hands wins. Winning wagers on the house pay out nineteen to Twenty (even payout minus a 5% commission. Commission are tracked and cleared out once you quit the table so be sure to still have funds remaining before you head out). Winning bets on the player pays 1 to 1. Winning bets for tie usually pays 8 to 1 but sometimes 9:1. (This is a awful wager as a tie occurs lower than 1 in every ten hands. Be cautious of gambling on a tie. However odds are astonishingly greater for 9:1 vs. 8:1)

Played properly punto banco offers pretty good odds, aside from the tie wager of course.

Baccarat Banque Scheme

As with all games baccarat banque has quite a few familiar misunderstandings. One of which is the same as a false impression in roulette. The past is not an indicator of events yet to happen. Tracking previous outcomes at a table is a bad use of paper and an affront to the tree that surrendered its life for our paper desires.

The most established and probably the most successful scheme is the one, three, two, six tactic. This technique is employed to pump up earnings and minimizing losses.

Start by betting one chip. If you succeed, add 1 more to the two on the game table for a grand total of three dollars on the second bet. If you succeed you will hold six on the game table, subtract 4 so you keep 2 on the third wager. If you come away with a win on the third round, put down two on the four on the game table for a total of 6 on the 4th round.

If you lose on the initial bet, you take a hit of one. A profit on the first wager followed by a loss on the second causes a loss of two. Success on the initial 2 with a defeat on the 3rd provides you with a profit of 2. And success on the initial 3 with a loss on the 4th means you experience no loss. Succeeding at all four bets gives you with 12, a gain of ten. This means you are able to lose the second round 5 times for every successful run of four bets and in the end, break even.
